Only registered panel physicians that have been approved by US Immigration/CDC can perform medical examinations.
WHEN TO GET YOUR MEDICAL EXAM
Once you have received your letter from the US Embassy with a date and time of your appointment, you can schedule your medical examination to be completed.

An information sheet will be emailed for each person requiring a medical examination.
Please complete all fields and email to us at us.embassy@renandltd.com along with a copy of the biodata page of your passport.
This information will be used to populate or find your case in the US immigration program.

CHAPERONE
You have the right to have a chaperone in the room during your examination.
You will be offered to have a clinic or staff member or family member present at any time during your examination.
Minor children are required to have a parent or legal guardian present for the medical examination.
ONCE THE EXAMINATION IS COMPLETE
The physician will complete and send your results directly to US immigration
You will be given a copy of you immunization record, chest x-ray, blood and urine investigations
Document Review:
You are required to visit the embassy between 1 and 2 on Tuesdays or Thursdays (same day as your medical appointment preferably) for a mandatory document review
